-Location: Indiana (one hour from Indianapolis)
-Duration: June 2021 - December 2021 (potential for extension)
-Scope: IP Service, Consult, Call, and OP clinic
-Required procedures: Base line EGD/Colon, ERCP, Conscious sedation (option for EUS)
-Available equipment: ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy/Colonoscopy Suite
-Support Staff: RN and Tech in OP Surgery Center, MAs
-Hospital affiliation: 233-bed regional referral, level III trauma center
-Group: 2 other gastroenterologists
-Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Indiana license or interest in getting one

June 28 -July 9 CALL IP procedures, Rounds, Consults
Aug 2 - 13 NO Call - OP clinic
Sept. 7 - 10 - Call days - CALL IP procedures, Rounds, Consults
Oct. 18 - 22 - NO Call - OP clinic
Oct. 25 - 29 - CALL IP procedures, Rounds, Consults
Nov. 1 - 5 No Call - OP clinic
